Hallway Renovation Update - June 10, 2018
As part of the renovations, all Unit owners in all buildings are required to paint their primary exterior door with Diamond Vogel - Elk
Skin by Labor Day, 2018. In buildings 1 - 4 & 6, this is the door that opens into the hallway. In building 5, this is the door that you use to enter your unit, but not
your storm door. If your door is currently painted white, it must still be painted Diamond Vogel - Elk Skin. The sheen is up to the Unit owners'
You may either choose to do this yourself or have the painters who are currently painting the hallways do your door for $200. There is no obligation to
have the painters do it, but please note, if you choose to do it yourself, you will be responsible for any paint damage caused to the new carpet or walls.
If you would like to hire the painter for your door, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dirk Glynn, President, immediately.
Dirk's contact information can be found under the Board of Directors tab above.
